In follow-up to Byron Dean having fulfilled the pre-viewing process of shortlisted properties, and further to you having selected properties you would like to view in-person thereafter, Byron Dean will work with you to organise viewings for the final shortlist of properties under consideration. Co-ordinated in support of times and dates mutually convenient to you as our client, and us as company, Byron Dean accompanies you to view the best and final properties for prospective rental, thus enabling us to advise you on both negatives and positives associated with these properties on-site and, in turn, provide you with the peace of mind and confidence that the properties in question are worthy of progressing your final interest.

Once all viewings of properties under consideration have been undertaken, and further to you having had the opportunity to make your decision with regards to which of these properties you would like to rent, Byron Dean Property will sit down with you to formulate detailed calculations comprising all costs associated with acquiring your chosen rental property, thus providing you with a substantiated analysis in support of confirming your property related needs and requirements have been fulfilled and, in turn, helping you make an informed decision in respect of signing your tenancy agreement.
